End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or playing The Tale of Relm, you agree to this End User License Agreement.

2. License Grant

EG Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play The Tale of Relm for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Ownership

The Tale of Relm, including its code, artwork, music, characters, text, graphics and other content, remains the property of EG Games and its licensors.

4. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute or sell the game.
• You may not use game assets commercially without permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify or decompile the game except where permitted by law.
• You may not remove copyright or ownership notices.

5. Updates

EG Games may release updates, patches or additional content for The Tale of Relm at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EG Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the game.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium.
